Wet body macros, a series of ten 18×12 prints…

The pages from the 2006 Pin-up & Poetry: Kelly Abbass Calendar, a collaborative project between Kelly and myself. Each month features a nude/pin-up image, a poem selected by Kelly, and another image incorporating some lines from the poem as body writing.

This series was based on the idea of how different people perceive and think about body image and self-perception.

One of my first “series”, still one of my favourites…
